  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Brand new remodeled conference room in the heart of downtown Oakland. Modern, bright and spacious with a monitor on one side and a fireplace on the other. Wired for ease of use, perfect for a board meeting or an off-site. Includes a kitchenette and access to the attached larger venue's newly remodeled bathrooms. COVID Peace Program: This listing is open to small gatherings, under 25 guests, without the extension of the Ballroom until June 15, 2021. We are currently accepting proposals for events thereafter at full building capacity unless federal regulations limit otherwise. Accepted proposals may qualify for contractural extensions accommodated after the initial quote offer and consultation. Clean, comfortable, great location. TV is large and easy to connect to, lots of windows/light - perfect space for a meeting. Leon was a great host.

No, I would not book again.

There was nobody to let us in at 8:30 which was the scheduled time. There were no Mac dongles, there was no contact/phone number. There was old Chinese food and expired milk in the fridge which stunk. The space was dirty and you had to have someone to let you in if you left and it was entirely too hot in the afternoon. So disappointed. The CEO of my company was very unhappy. :-(

Special thanks again to Jeremy for hosting. The space was amazing, client loved the space and we were able to create beautiful images with the beautiful decor. I booked last minute but Jeremy was very responsive and was able to have a successful shoot. Thanks again Jeremy!

Used this for 5 person retreat. Great location - easy public transportation and parking. Nice airy light space. Love that windows can open. Kitchenette is nice. Communications were quick and easy.
