All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This glamorous oasis in North Hollywood has it all! Fully renovated four bedroom two bath home features luxurious touches throughout. Bright and spacious, perfect for: • Meetings • Company Retreats • Brainstorming Sessions Guest access: You have full use of the house however the garage area isn't currently accessible. You are welcome to use all 4 bedrooms, all living spaces, our sun room, and relax in our lovely backyard gazebo area with beautiful flowers and citrus trees. Our house is fully equipped with all the smart house features you can imagine! From a smart electronic keypad to enter the house, to the Nest Thermostat, Samsung washer/dryers, a state of the art stainless steel Samsung refrigerator with built in self filling water infuser, all streaming Cable streaming services like Sling Cable (100+ cable channels!) Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Amazon Prime Video, PLEX and more!

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
