Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This place is amazing! We used this space to host a women's virtual live-streamed event. The Wi-fi isn't great for multiple guests to log on, maybe one or two which made it hard for us to stream well, but the place was clean, spacious, beautiful, lots of rooms, and has an amazing view of downtown. It rocks!

The space is more beautiful in person!! The was someone to greet me and show me around. He answered all of my questions and was very polite I believe he was on site (bc I saw his car) but he never disturbed us. He also insisted on reaching out to the host anytime; I didn't have to because he was very thorough but it was nice to know someone was available if we needed help. The host is responsive and polite as well. She accepted my booking last minute and made my birthday get together a success. I'm very happy I booked this space.

The place was very nice, with beautiful views of DTLA - especially in the evening it's beautiful. The space outside is even bigger than I had pictured. Only thing to point out was that the sink in the kitchen wasn't working because they were redoing the plumbing, but the bathroom worked fine. Something that would make the space outside even better would be some more shade. There was an umbrella and a small shaded pergola area, but besides that it can get pretty hot especially in the afternoon. All in all it was a good experience and I would book this place again .

It was amazing! Sarah never ignored any of my questions and concerns. The space followed all of the Covid-19 guidelines! We were able to access the home and use their amenities! Definitely recommend.

Beautiful home. Looks better in person. I was a bit disapointment that I couldn't have access to the entire home, would of been amazing to see the gorgeous view of downtown LA from up stairs. The manager onsite was very friendly. I was able to move furniture around with no problem, check in and check out was easy. Booking with Sarah was very easy, I was able to change my reservation last minute. Overall experience I will give it a grade of a A+. Thanks again! Will book again.
