All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Featuring an abundance of natural light, choose from 3 distinct spaces or combine 3-in-1 for exclusive use. The Fireplace Dining Room offers approx. 500sq ft. This Meeting Room can be extended by adjoining to the Acacia Room (additional 800 sq ft) Tables & chairs can be arranged based on your specific needs. Onsite catering is optional. New outdoor lawn available for onsite games, team building activities and cocktail receptions.
