This space is ideal for cocktail receptions, dinner parties, lectures, and much more. All events must book for hour of preparation and an hour of wrap. This covers all pre and post event communication, tours, dropping off and set up. This is at a reduced rate of $750 per hour. The main room can be equipped with seating for up to 75 guests and a projector and screen. The "music room" on this floor, which has a balcony overlooking Fifth Avenue and a Steinway piano, can also be used to entertain your guests. *Our conference room has inlaid bookcases and oak paneled walls and is ideal for business meetings, conferences and intimate gatherings. This can be booked as a separate space for $700/hr with a capacity 20 seated and 40 standing. We break up fees between prep/wrap time and active event time. Prep/wrap time is $750 per hour. There is a small catering kitchen (caterers have used it to prep dinners for up to 80 people, so small but functional).
