Must be 18+ to book. AGE of MODELS Client is solely responsible for verifying that all photographic subjects are of legal age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We have no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the Booking activities, but reserve the right to demand proof of parental consent if models or photographic subjects are under the age of 18, and to end the Booking if we become aware that legal age violations are occurring. We are not liable in the case of an invalid identification or any other form of age verification. OVERTIME and CANCELLATION Per Peerspace’s policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Remember to include the time to set up and close during your booking hours. By the end time of your reservation, space must be vacated. Peerspace’s cancellation policy applies. The following are PROHIBITED at the Facility: - nails, staples, glues, screws, tacks, or the like on the walls, ceilings, or floors; - holes in the walls, partitions, ceiling, or floors; - painting of any signs, placards, or other advertising, banners, pennants, awnings, or the like; - glitter/confetti or similar small artifacts; - sparklers, fireworks, or pyrotechnics of any sort; - hazardous, poisonous, or flammable materials; - open flames, grills, or heating elements of any kind; - drugs and alcohol of any kind, including recreational marijuana; - smoking of any kind, including vaporizers. Any damages found on walls, floor, and doors will be charged to the credit card on file in Peerspace. Extra cleaning fees only apply if there is excessive trash left on the floors, tables, furniture, food/drinks spilled on equipment/sofa and staff is not notified. We understand accidents happen, just let us know and we are happy to take care of things. ANIMALS Animals are allowed with additional $25 flat fee. Pre-made outside food and catering is ALLOWED. Any deliveries and pickups must be scheduled during the Booking. We have video surveillance in the common areas for security purposes. Please do not tamper with, cover, or remove any cameras located in or around the Facility. ** Please send us the message "I have read the rules" when you book so I know you've read this! ;) ** Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Equipment Damage or Loss The Client is responsible for all loss, damage, or destruction of ISCRA’s equipment or personal property provided for the Booking. The Client will be responsible for the replacement cost value or repair cost of the equipment. The Client will also compensate ISCRA for the loss of use of any equipment during the time it is being repaired or replaced. The Client is not responsible for loss or damage to equipment caused by ISCRA’s sole negligence or misconduct.

Please, put the furniture back as you found it by the end of the production day.
