Large Natural Light DTLA Loft with Full Photo Studio

Grit and Glam Studio is located in the historic San Fernando building, across the street from Kazu Nori. The studio is a 1300-square foot loft with an abundance of beautiful natural light, high ceilings, and concrete floors. The loft is perfect for photo and video projects of all kinds. We love meeting new people and welcoming them into our space. Here is a bit more about the space: The studio is equipped with a full kitchen if making meals or a caterer is needed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower, perfect for those photo shoots involving body painting. For video shoots, DTLA is a bustling environment so you'll have to work with the street noise at times. Currently, due to Covid-19 restrictions, the queen-size bed is not available for shoots. We can give you referrals for a Covid Compliance Officer if needed on your shoot. Big NO-NOS: - No smoking inside the space. An additional cleaning fee of $300 will apply for any smoking odors. Please dispose of your cigarette butts properly, if smoking outside the building. - No glittery clothing nor glittery body paint allowed as it is impossible to clean-up. A bit of glitter in the makeup is fine. - No holes in the walls or painting. - No pets. We kindly ask you to respect the loft space as this is our living space.
