- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
Hours of Operation: 8am-9pm (last event must end by 9:30pm) COVID Capacity - Max of 10 people allowed in the space currently. Please continue to check back on any changes to this restriction. We are located in the beautiful Kentlands community. Our space features an upscale contemporary design with trendy aesthetics. The studio can be used for intimate gatherings, parties, baby showers, networking and team building, pop-ups, photography, beauty and art events! Guests will need to provide catering services. There are a number of nearby restaurants within walking distance. Alcohol can be served by a licensed bartender. Street parking is available. There is also a large parking lot adjacent to the studio. We are located on the lower lever so we are not handicap/wheelchair accessible. We offer decorating services at an additional charge. Please inquire if interested! All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I recommend Ebony and her event studio 100%. Her customer service is excellent and she very responsive and patient. I had my small pandemic wedding at her studio and she made my day an extra special one. Her place is very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. Don't hesitate to book her. You'll not regret it!!

Booking space for perfect! Hosted a bridal shower and my birthday dinner party the weekend after. Eboni was VERY accommodating, considerate, and went above and beyond to help make sure both events went great! Location is good, but be mindful of noise because there are residents that live above and around the venue. Very beautiful venue has everything and more as far as décor. She also took care of clean up which was a life saver! Would highly recommend if your looking to host a gathering for a small group of 20-25 people. With COVID this is a great factor to consider!

I loved this space ! It was perfect for my bffs birthday brunch ! There was a minor issue with noise due to space being next to a nail salon so i suggest maybe not using a Dj during business hours . I assume it would be fine but i didn't properly account for that . Ebony was very kind and texted me any thing i needed to know ! I would definitely recommend this space

This space was everything we wanted and more for my cousin’s baby shower! It was cozy, well-equipped and the parking was perfect for our guests. We had 25-30 guests, and they all fit comfortably. Ebony was an absolute joy to work with. She even helped with the decorating and arranging tables and chairs. She has impeccable taste and an amazing space!
