Movie Theater w/Projection & Sound - Film Set Location, Private Screenings/Events, Truck Parking, Train Access from NYC

Our movie theater is a local movie theater that is available for use as a film set location and/or for private events/screenings. There is off-street parking available on the side of the building that can fit a few trucks. We are 5 short blocks from the Roselle Park, NJ Train Station on the NJ Transit Raritan Valley Line. 35 min from NY Penn Station. We have two stadium seating theaters with 150 seats each and three slightly inclined flat theaters with 200 seats in two and 250 seats in center. We have a ticket booth facing the street, Pop-corn machines, Backlit Movie poster boxes in the walls and Poster frames in the corridor. The theater has a vintage nostalgic decor with maroon carpet, off-white wallpaper, red velvet stanchion ropes on polished gold stanchions and matte black doors and concession stand with polished gold hardware on doors.
