About the Space
Well-situated in near-east Austin and tucked into a neighborhood south of Mueller, our cidery was converted from an old historic mortuary into a production cidery and tasting room. The tasting room can accommodate up to 70 people standing or 50 people sitting indoors. The outdoor patio area, that can accommodate 50 people seated and many more standing, is available for and additional charge. The space features two bathrooms, free wifi, projector and sound system and optional walk-in cooler space. Ample parking included. Outside food and drink are allowed. If you would like offerings from the tasting room, please book a server for $25/hr. There is no food/beverage minimum for this service. We offer many cider and non-alcoholic options as well as some light food fare. Please see menu in photos for details. The facilities have a PA system that can be set up for an additional $50. The outdoor space can be rented for $50 per hour during your booking. The outdoor space must be rent for the entirety of your booking. ************************** Pricing: *Bookings have a 3 hour minimum. Monday-Thursday: -For all hours $125 per hour. Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: -For hours 7am-1pm $135 per hour -For hours of 1pm-1am $215 per hour. Server is an additional $25 an hour (if booking for part of the event, then please specify the exact time they should work). The space is great, it is smaller than it appears in the photo however we all fit well, the facilities are great, and it is a good location. One thing I would recommend is that the owners add a few multiplug extensions so that people at the desks would be able to connect their computers or charge if need be. Thanks for hosting us.

My company had our thanksgiving potluck at Moontower Cider last night and it was the perfect space! We had about 30 people and there was enough space for everyone to sit and have kiddos run around without feeling cramped. The drink selection was great, with having non-alcoholic drinks for kids and people who didn't want to drink. Justin was super helpful and nice the entire event. We'll definitely be back for future events!
