Colorful Outdoor Gear Store

We're the last independent outdoor gear shop in San Francisco. Our mission is to reduce waste while increasing access to the outdoors, so we're the only shop where people can buy, rent, or borrow gear! This listing is for: - The main store itself, ~1500 sq ft of space with vibrant inventory and 3 built-in dressing rooms - This listing is NOT the Community Room in the back, that is separate (for folks looking for event or meeting space) Amenities: - Hardwood floors - Speakers - Wifi - We can set up any type of gear you'd like, of course! (e.g., tents, camping chairs, etc.) - Kitchenette with full size refrigerator & dishware that you can use - Storage or set-up room in the back - Note we only have 1 bathroom Size: - The main store is ~1500 sq ft - Set up room(s) are ~100 sq ft - Kitchenette is about ~40 sq ft standing space - Other work rooms occupy the rest of the size, these can be filmed in but please let us know in advance so we can figure out appropriate set up - Note there's also a hallway connecting the store to the kitchenette where people often hang out (especially if you have food set up in the kitchenette) Pricing notes: - A $200 refundable security deposit is required - If you're booking a very late evening or early morning event (with start or end between 9pm and 9am), please check with us first as we will have to verify staff availability and will likely have to quote a slightly higher price to cover the time Looking forward to discussing ways we can work together!
