About the Space
This is a great space for a work event, a meeting, a conference, workshop, photo or video shoot, fundraising event, poetry reading, etc. Please no private parties. Corporate events only. Conveniently located directly across the street from the Brookline Village T stop, it is sunny and spacious with large windows, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. It is fully furnished with modern, designer furniture, and 1 bathroom. As per MA state Covid-19 guidelines, we ask that guests limit gatherings to 25 people or less while this order remains in effect. Insurance Certificate is required for rental. If you don't have a business policy, we can obtain one for an additional $100 fee.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Open and flexible space with plenty of options for video recording. Lots of furniture, too! Easy access via the back alley for load in/load out. Plenty of food (and coffee) options in the neighborhood. Arrive early for easy street parking. Fast and responsive communication. Recommend!
