About the Space
This is a great space for a party, a meeting, a conference, workshop, photo or video shoot, fundraising event, poetry reading, etc. Conveniently located directly across the street from the Brookline Village T stop, it is sunny and spacious with large windows, high ceilings and hardwood floors. It is fully furnished with modern, designer furniture, and 1 bathroom. Insurance Certificate is required for rental. If you don't have a business insurance certificate, we can obtain one for an additional $100 fee.

Our group used this space for a series of meetings over a weekend, and it was just perfect. There is ample room to spread out (our group had 17 people), and the unique furniture and decor added to the sense of welcome we were hoping to offer our guests. The parking and public transportation was convenient, and the neighborhood offered lots of options for food as well as parks to walk to and take a deep breath. The host was communicative and made it easy to pull off this gathering on short notice. Thank you!
