About the Space
Large Restaurant Space with extra large bar for meetings, events, weddings, parties, films, videos and anything else you can imagine. It's all yours until 4pm M-F. Large indoor patio with large glass roll up garage doors. Fun games for the kids. Pizza Kitchen with deck ovens is available for cooking or filming. Need extra space for equipment, production, hair and makeup? Restaurant next door is available for rent as well.

Parking description
There is a huge parking lot outside the door with free parking. Street front at the ground level with just 4 steps to the restaurant for easy load in of equipment and several free parking structures nearby. Parking is not an issue.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
