- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Beautiful brand new 3 bedroom (2 full 2 half bath) home with a basement, outdoor patio and roofdeck with a view of the Philadelphia skyline. Great natural light with a gorgeous huge kitchen with all new appliances and an 8 foot island. Apartment is decorated in a mid century modern style with brand new furniture.
