All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

MEETING ROOM DESCRIPTION Book one of our meeting rooms designed to keep your team or your clients comfortable, creative and focused and our staff will ensure you have everything you need. From audiovisual equipment, whiteboards and WiFi, to food and beverage services, we’ve got you covered. We know that sometimes getting out of your everyday environment is just what people need to get their creative juices flowing. Meeting rooms are open to members and non-members, although members receive special reduced rates. Hourly or daily rates. ABOUT THE LOCATION This space is a vibrant new working environment in the bustling heart of Austin, Texas. The center is located just a block away from the 150 6th Congress Bus Stop, and a 15-minute walk from the Downtown Light Rail Station. We are surrounded by premier eateries, luxury shops and the very best the city has to offer – including the Mexic-Arte Museum and the Museum of the Weird. An A-class structure, this modern office building has been revitalized to the highest standards – a creative space with exposed ceilings and open floor plans. There’s structured parking below and a community rooftop patio above. So whether you need premier office space, a quick meeting room, or just a place to plug in and work, this flexible workspace will make you feel at home. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING - Meeting table seating up to 6 - One 65' inch TV - Wifi - HDMI - Full A/V Setup FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. ADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to catering, the Peerspace Concierge Team can assist clients in need of other equipment, furnishings, and services to make your event a success. General Rules
NO SMOKING Our spaces are all smoke-free. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. FOOD & BEVERAGE Please contact Peerspace Concierge to organize your catering order as their team is familiar with the rules and policies of our space. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
