About the Space

A dreamy NYC skyline of Manhattan is right under your wings at this beautiful rooftop space. Located in the heart of the Soho East, surrounded by low buildings with picturesque views of the iconic Manhattan skyline to the rear. Embark on an unforgettable, authentic Little Italy experience atop this classic landmark building. The fully furnished terrace features comfortable lounge seating - an outdoor couch that seats 4 people, a dining/meeting table, two folding tables, 40 folding chairs, and a built-in bar that are included in the rental fee. Additionally, we have a sound system, a microphone, and WIFI available for your use. The Rooftop is perfect for intimate social gatherings, birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, intimate weddings, PR events, cocktail parties, corporate networking parties, photo/film shoots, and yoga fitness classes. Ideal for events with an outdoor and rooftop feel! The venue is a short walk from the A, C, E, B, D, F, M, J, Z, N, Q, R, W, 1 & 6. ADDITIONAL FEES: Cleaning fee - $200.00 (applies to all bookings) Security guard fee - $45.00 per hour (depending on the guest count multiple security guards will be mandatory) Bartender fee - $45.00 per hour (please note that a bartender is mandatory when alcohol is served and only plastic cups and utensils are allowed) We look forward to hosting you and your guests!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

I booked the Nolita rooftop for my surprisal proposal. It was amazing. Perfect space if you’re looking for an intimate or private event. The rooftop and skyline is beautiful along with Little Italy right below. I’d definitely use this space again. The host was so helpful and answered any questions I had throughout my booking process.

I had my proposal at the rooftop and it was amazing! The event representatives were extremy helpful and nice. My family and I were able to set up in a timely manner and it worked out great! The view was amazing and was exactly what I was looking for. I would book again because the first experience was so good!

We loved the space! Even better than the pictures and beautiful at night as well. Lisa, Nery and others were great to coordinate with and I really appreciated their prompt responses. Only thing to point out is the 4 flights of stairs - they are big flights so be prepared to walk!
