The space is a bright, airy, and intimate 12’x14’ private office also used as photography studio situated in trendy Atwater Village. We have Central A/C! The space stays quite cool and you can easily control the AC and fan settings. This ground level office has a private entrance, good energy, 24 hour access, easy street parking, plus a kitchenette and community area shared with other building tenants. Coffee and tea plus alkaline water are complimentary for all guests. Catered and food delivery is welcomed, or take a stroll to local Atwater favorite lunch spots. This space is perfect if you need a private office for a day, an intimate and private space for a small meeting, table reading, or brainstorm sessions. There is one small desk and office chair in the room on wheels than can be moved about and configured as needed. Plus, make use of four extra chairs and additional table available for use in the common area/kitchenette room. We can set up the space for you, with one or both tables in the office or all chairs situated around the desk. Also complimentary is small garment rack with 8 wood hangers and a bluetooth speaker. A whiteboard and markers is also available for use as well. There is gorgeous, bright filtered light throughout the day as the window faces southwest.
