There is enough parking for 10 vehicles onsite. Additional parking is available for $10 per vehicle. 30 cars max. No trailers or moving vans 20ft or larger.

There is a plentitude of natural light in the Villa. All windows can easily be blacked out by crew.

Vehicles can unload in the front or the back of the Villa.

We ask that you please respect the property and leave no trace. The minimum daily rate shown is for non-commercial still shoots with a maximum crew/talent size of 30 people or less for a 6 hour day. Please inquire for rates on larger impact jobs and/or crews. Include the following details about your project. PROOF OF INSURANCE -Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors PARKING -Parking is permitted for 10 vehicles. Additional parking is available for $10 per vehicle. No trailers and no moving vans 20ft or larger. (30 vehicles max) LOAD IN LOAD OUT -Please coordinate with the host for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the booking. An additional fee per day may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. -Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: Unless it is agreed to in writing by Owner, the following are NOT allowed at Location: -Illegal substances -Smoking of any kind! Topanga is in a high fire hazard area -Low volume background music is allowed outside, but no public address system/amplification by microphones or loud/live amplified music is permitted outside. -Pyrotechnics, stunts, gunshots or “smoke”. If agreed by Owner, only water-based smoke or fog is to be used. Absolutely no oil-based smoke. -Children, animals or guests unless they are part of a scene. -Condors for excessive night lighting. -Access to roof or any part thereof. -Nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may not be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. -Glitter or confetti of any kind -Sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. -Adult films

General Liability, Worker's Comp, COI

Please let us know in writing in advance if anything needs to be moved. The space must be thoroughly photographed before any changes are made and everything must be returned to its exact, original position after the shoot.
