- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

The space is ideal for creative and professional events. Our building offers unlimited, free parking, for our guests. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space worked very well for what we were doing, which was a large L shaped set simulating a hospital rehab gym for a training video. There are many useful objects thoughtfully provided in the studio as well as just lying around the building. Further acoustic treatment of the space would be required to record high quality production sound in there, but we got what we needed using top line gear and personnel. It’s an exceptionally good space for still photogs and MOS work.
