Garden House has been newly renovated in 2020 & based in Crown Heights in Brooklyn. the space has two common areas with plenty of natural light from two sky lights. The white painted brick walls give a modern yet old world historical feel to the space. The basement access has a kitchen prep area available for event use. This sprawling space is ready to host all type of events! The space can accommodate up to 175 people standing or 100 seated. This space Includes tables and banquet chairs to seat up to 100 people. Two loveseats, two lounge chairs, a 12 foot bar and back bar shelving, and additional seating if needed are included as well! Special features include adjustable lighting (dimmers), natural lighting from the skylights, street level access, basement access with prep kitchen, furniture, chairs, tables, and over 4000 sq. foot of outside space. We have a 12hr booking minimum. For the 12-hour duration the cost is approximately between $1,495-$2,500 please inquire further for pricing. Load-in, load-out, and clean up time should be factored into booking time. Venue must be left in broom swept condition. The outside area can not be used past 8 pm. Fees for booking: $500 Refundable deposit, we return money 7-10 days past event date. *Catering and bar services are available upon request but not exclusive. If you choose you can bring outside catering & alcohol. If you need preferred vendors for bar, staging, sound etc. we can provide this to you as well! Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
