Located in the heart of Hunt Valley, our clubroom offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, parties, presentations or photoshoots. Versatile enough to host groups up to 50 people. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. NO SMOKING Our spaces are all smoke-free. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Set-up and teardown time should be factored into booking hours. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed. If space is not restored to the original condition, an additional cleaning fee and/or any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. No banners, marketing messages or signage may be posted. Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theeventhelper.com. If liquor is being served, it must be served by a licensed vendor. Guest should obtain a Certificate of Insurance from the vendor as evidence of liquor liability insurance of at least $1 Million. The Certificate of Insurance should list host community as an additional insured. A security guard at an additional cost to the guest will be required for some events serving alcohol.

My guest and I enjoyed our time in the Clubroom for Friendsgiving, it was enough space for us without having to be bunched up for 20 of us. Walking into the Avalon it’s a pleasant view. The experience was amazing. The host was positive and helpful.
