PLEASE READ RATES IN DETAILS. features a charming, bright house & spacious backyard with heated pool for video shoots, photo shoots, filmed interviews, and small productions. This is a spacious 2300 sq ft, 4 bed/2 bath house with a pool & jacuzzi. It's a lovely choice for movies, as the backyard / pool area as well as the large (and high ceiling) living room can fit a lot of your production scenes. MINIMUM 4 HOURS: You have 45 mn FREE prior the booking starts to set up when you book 5 hours or more. PHOTOGRAPHER: IF you need one, check me out: WWW.ZZPICTURE.COM I do FASHION, FINE ART, SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT, BATHING SUIT, etc. Since I don't have to drive anywhere, you may get yourself a serious deal! My rate varies on your need and how many people I have to shoot that day :) MANAGER ON SITE: A site manager will be present on the property to assist with any questions throughout your booking and help you with anything you need or move. INTERIOR: The master suite is 250 square feet. The living room is very spacious 1000 SF, perfect for filming, featuring a huge fire place, IDEAL for kitchen and living room shots. A tone of room in the living room. You'll have access to shoot in our kitchen & dining room, the living room, 1 bedroom, & 1 bathroom. EXTERIOR - DRIVE WAY: The front drive way can accommodate 2 vehicles and there is plenty of free parking in the street (it is permanently empty, so no worries to park at any time here.) No street cleaning, no limitation. POOL: The pool can be heated for an extra $100 (from May to Sept) and this rate jumps to $200 the rest of the year (October to April.) I would need a 48H notice for that, bc it's the time it takes to heat up - it's a big pool! JACUZZI: $50 to use it for 2 hours. It's a flat. The jets will be on for 2hours whenever you are ready. MUSIC: We have a speaker that will be the only one used on the property. No need to bring any speaker. TOWELS: Please remind your guests you are renting a pool and that bringing their own towels would be a good idea ;) PARKING: 2 cars in the drive way, plenty of free parking in the street. Pleaaaase don't park on the grass! UNLOADING The vehicles carrying equipment of any sort - MUST - park in the driveway to unload (they can stay parked there too) so it's more convenient for you, you have a direct access to the backyard by the side door. CATERING Clients are welcome to BYO food/beverage/vendors, or access Peerspace catering services offered on my profile. I can also provide the phone number of a taco guy, he us amazing, wears a mask, and is super clean, he leaves a lot of food for your to take home, he charges $10 by person. TRASH: Please bring large trash bags, you will be responsible to take them out on the drive way when you are done. KITCHEN ACCESS: You have access to the fridge to put a birthday cake or some drinks and access to the micro wave to heat up something. Access the sink as well of course - but NO cooking! (Unless you are shooting and then you bring a chef bc it's a cooking show.) Please contact me for special requests, I am always happy to help and find solutions for you! RENTAL RATE, DAY RATE, CLEANING FEE: Our list rate is good Monday through Friday from 7:00am until 6:00pm, weekend pricing kicks in for Saturdays and Sundays. FREE TIME OFFERED TO SET YOU YOUR PARTY: When you book 6 hours or more, you have 45mn to come set up the party (or production.) So, if your booking is from 1pm to 7pm for example, you are welcome to show up at 12:15pm to set up the party - at no charge! WEEKLY PRICING: $29/hr - for one person only (you shooting your product) $39/hr - for 2 ppl. You and your model $49/hr - for group sizes 3-4 $69/hr - for group sizes 5-6 $79/hr - for group sizes 7-8 $99/hr - for group sizes 9-11 $109/hr - for group sizes 12-15 $129/hr - for group sizes 16-20 $139/hr - for group sizes 21-25 $149/hr - for group sizes 26-30 For groups exceeding 30, please inquire to receive a customized rate. Minimum 4hours and you have 45 mn free prior the booking starts to set up when you book 5 hours or more. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $300 refundable deposit is required to be paid directly to the renter when you walk in. This refundable deposit will be refunded immediately when you leave - if nothing has been burned, torn up, and broken. We're happy to discuss a day rate for any bookings of 9 hours or more between 7:00am and 6:00pm. The Cleaning Fee is $60 PER DAY. $100 for groups 25 and over. If you book more than one day, or are booking weekend days, ignore Peerspace's rate calculator. 2012 HSE SPORTS LUXURY RANGE ROVER: Shoot in the driveway only for the same hourly rate. There is no fee! If it needs to go to a different location, it's possible but I am the only one to drive it, which means an additional fee will be required for my time and the gas. Please inquire. PLEASE NOTE: * Bedroom furniture is flexible to arrange as needed for your shoot. For furniture movement in other rooms, please inquire first. * If you're loading in & out heavy production equipment, please bring protection to cover our tiles & hardwood floors.
