Avalon Creative Space - A Versatile Location for Film, Photo Shoots and More Located in the heart of Los Angeles, Avalon Creative Space offers a versatile, three-story warehouse complex perfect for film and photo shoots, events, product launches and more. The space features a combination of brick and lacquer red walls, cozy seating areas, and wooden floors, creating an ideal backdrop for any creative project. With unique touches like a vintage pinball machine, antique wall clock, and grand piano, this space provides ample opportunities for creativity. With ample parking, a gated lot, and a private side alley, this location is perfect for large crews and offers easy access for vehicles and equipment. Additionally, a large loading dock and a 5,000 lbs cargo/freight elevator are available to make setup and teardown effortless. Each floor offers ample space, with the second floor featuring light manufacturing and office space, the third floor offering additional open space, and the rooftop featuring a stunning 15,000 sq. ft. area. And with 6 bathrooms throughout the building, everyone will have access to the facilities they need. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
