At Workstation West Berkeley we pride ourselves on working with the community to serve surrounding freelancers, remote employees, artists, entrepreneurs and small companies. We are a prime venue for professional events, workshops, dance & fitness classes, art exhibitions and more. "Sequoia Room" Features : The Sequoia Room offers plenty of space and seating options, beautiful natural lighting, and a gorgeous kitchenette area with a sink, microwave, and large marble countertop. Add our gorgeous garden outdoor patio to your booking! It’s perfect for networking events, business retreats, conference receptions, breakout meetings, and socially-distanced outdoor gatherings. Available until 9am - 5pm $75/hour Location Features : Workstation West Berkeley is just a short walk from Aquatic Park, Berkeley Marina, and the Fourth Street shopping district. Many of Berkeley’s best eateries are right in our neighborhood, including Viks, Tomate, Iyasare, and Tacubaya. Our building is located near several bus stops, an Amtrak station, and many bike paths - including the San Francisco Bay Trail and Ohlone Greenway. Street parking is also available. Space Features*: Garage loading zone: Bring your event supplies in with ease Tables: 1 Long Bar table along the wall, 1 large main table that can fit 10-12, 1 Kitchen island Chairs: 24 inside Booths: 6 booths with seating on either side (seats 2-3 on each side of booth) Small couch seats: 3 Large couch: 2 Patio: Outside Tables: 4 Outside Seats: 16 *We have many extra chairs and few folding tables available on site you may use for event - though you are welcome to bring in others to suit your needs or aesthetic.

Rolf was incredibly gracious and helpful. Made sure the event went off without a hitch and helped us at all the steps. He was also available throughout the event for any questions, etc.

My party was a huge success, thanks to the beautiful space, and the professional and kind staff. I worked with Isaac, Rolf and Henry. Isaac and Rolf were accommodating and supportive with the booking/ planning and Henry was super helpful (actually amazing!) on the day of the event. Everything we needed was provided....'no problem'. The space is beautiful, and needed very little decoration. On the day of the event, the space was available at the designated time, and all of my vendors and friends (helpers) felt completely accommodated. We were free to decorate within the site guidelines, and turned the space into our own for the time we were there. My guests were quite complementary of the space, and I could only agree that the Work Station is the best venue in town. Thanks WorkStation team, for making my Next Chapter (Retirement) party a great success!

Isaac and his team were super amazing throughout this entire process. I stopped by the venue twice prior to the event and they were always very welcoming. I was able to bring in my own catering to the event, and they were very generous in helping set up the tables for the event. The space is absolutely perfect for any type of celebration, but I would definitely be wary of the pestering neighbor next door. That is the only reason I will not be booking again.

We had such a great time. This is a beautiful space and the host went above and beyond to be helpful and supportive. I loved that our families could stay separate at the booths (for an office party) and yet feel cozy and connected.
