We do not have dedicated parking onsite, however, there are many paid lot options nearby: - 2215 3rd Avenue: $19 all day - 2401 3rd Avenue: $20 all day Metered street parking readily available throughout 3rd and Blanchard.

HOUSE RULES • Under no circumstances whatsoever may event guests relocate from the designated reserved area into private work spaces. • Outside food and drinks are allowed for events. Set up, clean up, tear down of food service items must be coordinated by the client. • All recycling and trash removal must be done by the client. • Banquet permit is required if serving alcohol. • Renters will be responsible for restoring the space to the state it was upon arrival. Additional cleaning fees may apply. • Preferred catering recommendations are available upon request. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE All furniture moved must be placed back as it was before the end of the booking time. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
