All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This studio condo has amazing views with 10 ft windows, which makes for great lighting and views! It be used for photoshoots, TV, film, commercials, short films, YouTube videos, etc. This unit has a sleek, modern, open floor plan. Floor to ceiling windows, large walk in closet, balcony, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture in this space can be moved around, as long as it is returned to the original location. This space is in the heart of downtown Atlanta, with amazing views of the city as a backdrop!

Mr. W was very nice and helpful! The space is beautiful and clean!!! Looks exactly like the photos listed! Enough room for me and my cast to film my tv show! Will definitely book again!!!
