Beautiful, bright, loft-style studio conveniently located in NE. High ceilings, huge exposed wood beams, white brick walls, and large south and west facing windows for perfect light all day long. The studio has a shooting bay with white backdrop, meeting area with 2 large black leather couches, and basic kitchen (mini fridge and microwave) for lunch or all day shoots. What’s included in bookings for furniture are the two black couches, coffee table and bar cart as well as a table with 4 metal bistro chairs! If you’re needing additional furniture, please check the add on section This spot is perfect for: •Interviews •Photo Shoots •Video Productions •Meetings Easy access on the 2nd floor of the building.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Matt was quick to reply and very helpful. The studio had plenty of space for us work with for a brand photoshoot. Loved the blank white walls and warm wood flooring. The morning light was soft yet beautiful. We were hoping to utilize the seamless backdrops that are shown in the photos, but the black one wasn't there and the white one appeared broken/unusable.

The space was fantastic and had everything we needed. It was clean and looked great. Our host was very responsive when I asked questions, and the instructions for getting in the building were very clear. Easy and positive experience all the way around!

This space was so cute! Perfect for hosting a baby shower. It was bright and clean. AC units kept the space nice and cool on a 90 degree day. Host was great and responsive! Only bad thing I can say is the stairs leading up to the space are steep so it was a little challenging getting a few older people up them, but it's an older building so it is to be expected. There may be an elevator in the space but we didn't ask. It wasn't that big of a deal.

Matt is a phenomenal host! If you need to throw a surprise event or any of occasional needs this is a perfect intimate space to do it! It’s near a bunch of bars/restaurants should you be want to have any extra curricular activities. Would book again!!
