All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Beautiful, bright, loft-style studio conveniently located in NE. High ceilings, huge exposed wood beams, white brick walls, and large south and west facing windows for perfect light all day long. The studio has a shooting bay with white and black backdrops, meeting area with 2 large black leather couches, and basic kitchen for lunch or all day shoots. This spot is perfect for: •Interviews •Photo Shoots •Video Productions •Meetings Easy access on the 2nd floor of the building.

Lighting description
Corner suite with huge south and west facing windows, allowing perfect light all day long. Each window has blackout shades to perfectly control the lighting.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The studio is shared with other studios on the same floor and in the building, but there is rarely anyone else on the same floor. Very quiet studio in a quiet building. The studio is on the backside of the building above the alleyway so there is no cars driving by or people noise on the streets.

General Rules
No smoking. No pets. No loud music. Please be respectful of the other tenants in the building down the hall and below the studio on the first floor.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

This is an absolutely beautiful space! We had some issues getting in but after everything was settled the rest of the event went smoothly. We hosted a 20 person engagement party lunch and the space was a perfect fit. Would highly recommend!

It fit our use perfectly & Matt was incredibly accommodating & answered all of the many questions I had before our event date. If you’re considering this space, stop looking. This space is so lovely I wish I could just hang out in it.
