All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This outdoor space is perfect for: • photo shoots • film shoots • commercial shoots There is a golf course view which is perfect for daytime events or intimate and romantic luncheons with long tables and a rustic look. It is also possible to have evening events with the right lighting as you will still see the beautiful view of the golf course! There is an easy access to the backyard through the gate. We have a garage space for storage as well. We have electrical outlets and some outdoor lighting.

Parking description
You can park on the street everyday except on the east side of club view from 12:00-3:00 and fridays on the west side of club view from 12:00-3:00.
There is space for 2 cars on the driveway as well.
General Rules
Can have music but not too loud. No smoking,
Just being polite and considerate of the residential area.
No littering.
Out side catering is allowed.
Clean after the event.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
