The parking garage is located behind our building (north side). It's FREE for the first hour and $2/hour after: City of Tempe Parking Garage: 117 E 5th Street Tempe AZ 85281 United States Main entry into structure is on 5th Avenue. The Tempe Transportation Center light rail station is just one block north -- $2 each way -- for this that park and ride or have an easy option to be dropped off at a station.

Allows you to choose your own licensed and insured caterers or you can use our preferred caterers. Our caterers provide plates, flatware and glasses. You can also bring in your own decorations & linens. Or you can work with our preferred vendors. 3rd party vendors are responsible for setting-up and cleaning-up the items they bring in. The theater event space has integrated lighting (LED's with color options and spots on dimmers), sound and A/V. Use of the equipment is included. The labor for the A/V, lighting and sound tech is additional and quotes depend on your needs. The tech can serve as your DJ, Announcer, Lighting Tech, and play videos/slides on our oversized screen. You are also welcome to bring in your own entertainment and use the house lights and chandeliers. We have 200+ black chairs, 200 white chair covers, 12 6’ X 30”, 12 8’ X 30”, 20 60” rounds, 12 32” high-tops with your choice black or white linens that are included. An open bar, for private events only, choice allows you to bring in your own alcohol, mixers, cups and ice. We do require licensed bartenders and security @ $25/hour. Example: 150 guests=2-3 bartenders and 1 security guards (courtyard use requires 2). A cash bar choice, for public events requires a Special Events Permit and Liquor License costing $205. A corkage fee of $300 (includes cups, mixers, ice etc.) applies. Drink prices depend on your liquor choices and also requires adding bartenders and security at ~$25/hr. 501(c)(3) Non-Profits can apply for their own permits and licenses and serve donated liquor. 100% of the proceeds can go to the charity. Hiring licensed bartenders (through AZDLLC)) and security companies (through ADOS) is still required to comply with City of Tempe and AZDLLC requirements. $300 corkage fee to cover special events liquor liability insurance.
