About the Space

Our space located in College Park is the next premier coworking, meeting, and event space. We have meeting and event space to accommodate small and large events up to 90 people. Also, you are allowed to bring in your own food and beverages. Perfect for your next: Birthday Party Graduation Party Launch Party Networking/Mixers Group Gatherings and more!

Rules: • The hallway & kitchenette area are not available during Saturday events before 5PM. The space is shared and we are official closed to our tenants at 5PM. • To reduce the disturbance of the tenants occupying the office space, we will not host any birthday parties for children between the ages of 1yrs-17yrs during normal business hours. • The use of a grill or deep fryer is prohibited inside and outside of the properties. • Use of pins, nails and 3M command strips are prohibited to hang decorations on the walls, windows or doors. Removal of all decorations is required after event. • Access to suites and offices is prohibited for event space renters. • Smoking is not permitted inside of the building including Hookas. • Children must be monitored at all times. • No confetti, rice, silly string, bubbles/bubble machines, small glitter, or Bird seeds is permitted for use inside of the event space. • Due to the current climate, there is $75 deep cleaning fee for all events. • Clean up of event space is required. • Trash receptacles are supplied for trash removal. Trash must also be picked up from the event space and outside areas to include bathrooms prior to leaving. A trash can is located in the back of the building. POUR all liquids from drinks into the sink prior to disposing of drink containers. • No alcohol is to be sold to guests or served to minors. State laws apply to alcoholic beverage consumption on the property as well as inside the facility. • There is a $15 per person fee for the number of guests over contract amount of your event. • No furniture is permitted to be moved within the space. • $85 fee for each additional 30 minutes over event end time.

Such a great space!! I hosted a baby shower here and everyone loved the layout! Stephanie was very accommodating! I definitely recommend this space!

I had the best experience for my graduation dinner party. The space is beautiful!!! The pictures listed are nice, but let me tell you they do the space no justice. It was a nice size as well and all of my guests were comfortable. It was easy to find and parking was not too bad (it is downtown college park and I had my event on New Years weekend - parking was still okay). I will be using this space again for future classes and webinars that I give for my company. This is now my go to space. Stephanie was so pleasant. The last venue I booked cancelled my booking the day before and I reached out to stephanie. She responded quickly and made everything so smooth and STRESS FREE! Very very professional. All of my guests were complimenting the space as well. Sorry for my long review, but the experience here was 10 out of 5 stars for my guests and I.

The Space was great and well equipped for our event. My guest enjoyed themselves very much and several of them inquired about booking the space again in the future. The directions were very clear and the host made herself very accessible to us! I would love to book this space again in the near future!

Stephanie was absolutely amazing from beginning to end!!! The event space is beautiful!!! I had my daughter's college graduation brunch here and everyone loved it. This will definitely be my first option for anything event I have moving forward! I highly recommend!!!
