The Forum is a coworking, meeting & event space that was designed to help you build, collaborate and make magic. We cater to a variety of events: Weddings, bridal & baby showers, business meetings, birthday parties, expos, church events, concerts, etc. Rental of the entire space offers: Holds up to 90 People Tables Couches & chairs for seating Televisions Kitchenette PLEASE NOTE: DJ'S AND/OR ANY FORM OF LIVE MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED PRIOR TO 7:00PM, EXCEPT SUNDAYS. ONLY SOFT AND APPORIATE MUSIC (NO PROFANITY) ALLOWED PRIOR TO 7:00PM (EXCEPT SUNDAYS) STREAMED THROUGH A BLUETOOTH SPEAKER. A FIVE HOUR minimum is required for the following type of events: Birthday Parties Showers (Bridal, Baby, etc.) Graduation Parties All Family/Friend gatherings Any other "party" type of event Weekend (Friday-Sunday) time slots available are 12:00pm-5:00pm & 6:30pm-11:30pm Weekday (Monday-Thursday) time slot available are 6:30pm-11:30pm *No children are allowed to any event in the 12:00pm-5:00pm time slot, EXCEPT SUNDAYS A THREE HOUR minimum is required for the following type of events: Meetings Trainings Bible Studies Book Clubs Other events that have less than 30 people with no décor or food Contact us directly for available time slots for three hour minimum type events *No children are allowed to any event in the 12:00pm-5:00pm time slot, EXCEPT SUNDAYS We require that the first & last 30 minutes of any type of event to be used for the set up & clean up of the event. Meaning, actual event guests are not allowed the first & last 30 minutes of every event. (Ex. If your booking timeframe is from 12:00pm-5:00pm, the earliest/latest your event would start/end would be 12:30pm-4:30pm) $150 incidental deposit is due 48 hours before the event. All incidental deposits are refundable as long as the terms of the contract are not violated. An electronic invoice will be emailed to you and the invoice has to be paid prior to the day of your event, please make sure to send over your email address when booking your event. Failure to pay the incidental deposit will result in your event being canceled with no refund. Your incidental deposit will be refunded to you within 48 hours after your event as long as there has been no rule violations, damages and/or overage on event time or guest count. (please see all rules below). Please note that any overage on your event time will constitute as a forfeit of your incidental deposit, whether the overage is 5 minutes or 1 hour. Once your $150 incidental deposit has been exhausted, any additional fees will be billed to you directly through Peerspace. Our hourly pricing is based on a tier system. Our tiers are based on how many people are included in your event, this includes all individuals (event planners, DJ's, caterers, etc). We ask that you pick the tier that best fits your event needs. (Tier 1) Up to 30 people | $85/hr rental + $90 Cleaning fee (Tier 2) Up to 31-60 people | $120/hr rental + $90 Cleaning fee (Tier 3) Up to 61 and over | $145/hr rental + $90 cleaning

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The event space appeared even better than advertised, and was perfect for the baby shower. The only hick-up was the refrigerator stopped working and the main area got hot and we couldn't feel the AC.

Very cute and cozy space. Loved the vibe and it offers options to manage social distancing. It was perfect for our needs. Stephanie is an amazing host and was very responsive to my questions. I needed some technical assistance the day of the event and she made herself available to help ensure I was ready by the time my guests arrived.

This experience was a little crazy and inconvenient! There was a lot of extra charges I was charged per person and was told if more than 40 people came in my event would be shut down or guest would be turned away! The host was professional but inconsiderate. The rugs weren’t vacuumed, the trash cans where filthy and the refrigerator was dirty as well with items already inside of it. For the amount of Money I spent it should have been really clean. I was charged an incidental deposit two days prior to my event that I feel like it should have been charged up front. I would never book again.

This was a great space, but not perfect for what we needed. We were filming a quiet sit-down interview but it wasn’t quite as quiet as we needed it to be for audio purposes. If you’re looking to film things here that are sound sensitive this may not be the best space during regular business hours. However, if sound isn’t a huge issue this place is perfect!

I truly loved the space and so did our guest. We had a great time all my guest said they would keep the space in mind for some gatherings they want to have and I highly recommend it because I will be using them again. Stephanie was amazing she is very nice and a great host. She is very efficient with all her responses and everything went smoothly she was truly great and so was the space.

This space is absolutely gorgeous, clean and has everything you need to include free parking. The host is very responsive and professional. My only complaint was that she didn't adjust the A/C below 73, you know black people draw heat, but otherwise I love the venue.
