About the Space: The loft is located on the 2nd floor (We have a freight Elevator for move-in & move-out), it has a private entrance that is accessible by a pin code on a secure keypad. It consists of a large party room that has tall 13 FT ceilings with exposed bricks, wooden beams & antique wood dance floor, a Prep kitchen with oven, fridge and freezers, two bathrooms , Outdoor Roof-Top deck that is accessible from the loft. The space can accommodate up to 140 people seated & 200 people standing. Event/Party Rental Rates: Full Day Rental option: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Full day rate $2900 (cleanup fee waived with this package) The space is available for setup from 11:00am on the morning of the booked date, the event needs to end at 12:00am. Monday-Thursday Full day rate $2500 (cleanup fee waived with this package) The space is available for setup from 11:00am on the morning of the booked date, the event needs to end at 11:00pm. Security Deposit: We require a $500.00 refundable security deposit for every event hosted in our space. The Security Deposit method is only accepted in Venmo, Cash, Chase Quick pay, or PayPal. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 3 days of your event when requested in writing. We reserve the right to keep the Security Deposit if any of our rules are not followed 100%, or if any theft or damages occurred to the space. If we don’t receive the security deposit 3 days before your event, we reserve the right to cancel your event. What is included in this fee? The price includes the entire event space + The Rooftop access. Personnel: No personnel are included with the space rental, we are available to assist you if any urgent matter arises. If you want us to have a dedicated person from our management at your event the fee will be $50 per hour. Catering: We don’t provide catering or drink service, we work with many local caterers and allow you to bring any caterer of your choice. Sound: We have a sound system that allows you to hook up an iPod type device, Bluetooth, or laptop to play music. Tables & Chairs: Included in the price are the following items. (120) Folding chairs, (8) 6 FT X 30" Wood Folding Tables, (4) 8 FT X 30" Wood Folding Tables, (12) 4 FT X 30" Wood Folding Tables, (12) 24" Round Cocktail Tables That can be setup high or regular height, Portable Bar. 30 Bar Stools, Coat Rack If you need additional Tables & Chairs, it can be rented locally at very reasonable rates, we can facilitate the delivery and pickup. Wi-Fi Wi-Fi is available free of charge (password protected) Alcohol We don’t have a NY State Liquor license, if you plan to serve Alcoholic beverages it is your responsibility to arrange that with your caterer. In closing We are here to ensure that you get the most out of this space; our dedicated staff will make sure that you are 100% satisfied.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
