Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We want to provide a local, flexible alternative to keep your productions running in the safest way possible. To protect you, your crew and other colleagues, we’ve introduced enhanced cleaning procedures on our stage. • Deep Cleaning prior to shoot. • Only cleared and healthy crews allowed. • Testing temperature of crew before entering. • Limiting all access to the building to only essential personnel. • Hand Sanitizer Stations on set. • Distancing practices enforced. • Working with Gloves and Masks.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on state and local guidelines
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

Our studio space is available for rent to our friends of the film, photo, and event industry, 7 days a week. We've also partnered with our friends over at LightSpace Studio in Gardena, CA that provides a provides a full service photo, film, stage rental, voice recording, and event venue.

Parking options

Free street parking, Metered street parking

Parking description

Mondays and Tuesdays is street sweeping making parking a little more difficult. Usually early in the mornings parking within walking distance is not a problem. Best areas for parking are: Westminster Ave San Juan Ave Horizon Ave Market St. Main St.

General Rules

Stage manager must always be present. Outside catering is allowed. No Smoking. No Alcohol. We are not liable for any accidents that occur in this property. Please refer to the stage manager for any more questions on shoot day.

Security cameras and recording devices

Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

I loved shooting here. Great central spot in Venice. Darnel is super friendly and accomidating. Will be coming back again for sure.
