All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Quality and pure hospitality await in the heart of the Mission San Francisco, where vibrant staff and edgy details blend seamlessly with the modern essence of our thoughtfully designed cannabis dispensary. Our sleek, lofted lounge is available to rent for your production needs. The lounge is a beautiful setting for funky photo or video shoots, with a golden glow and authentic Mission graffiti artwork in the background. We have a private room that can be used as a dressing / green room. The space can hold up to 65 people. Food and beverage can be provided for an added cost.

There are two parking lots located within two blocks of the venue: Mission Bartlett Garage and El Capitan. There is also metered parking and street parking on the nearby streets.
General Rules
No alcohol or tobacco permitted on-site.
Outside catering is permitted.
Rentals end promptly at 945pm.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
