A second floor cocktail den set in the centrally located SOMA / South Beach area of San Francisco. Conveniently located one block from Oracle Park and Caltrain. This expansive 3000 sqft space is steampunk inspired and beaming with character from the huge original brick walls to the vintage lounge seating and draping manzanita trees. The space has a 250 maximum standing room capacity, however a comfortable capacity sits around 150-180. Our space is perfect for film or photoshoots, casual meetings, product launches, and cocktail parties. Amenities Include: - Full bar service available with signature craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits - 3 projectors, roku enabled. - 1 motorized projector screeen - 2 wireless microphones - Full Sound system with subwoofers - Elevator access to the space
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This team was incredibly hospitable. They were very amenable to turning things off for sound and finding circuit breakers for lights. They even got us coffee & waters, so sweet. Phil was our site rep and was very pleasant and professional and worked with us when we were running a bit behind. The building itself is a little loud - elevator is up against space and it's on a loud main street, so if in need of complete silence just be aware. Also don't advise parking on the main street as our car was broken into (typical SF though). Would definitely book again.
