***All gear included in rental price*** This is a 1200 sq. ft. daylight studio available for photo & video productions, meetings and events in the city of Orange, Orange County CA. With a large moonroof the main space is flooded with natural light throughout the day as well as a warehouse door that opens up to a white wall that reflects even more natural light to give your shoot ample amount of natural light. ***Please note that set up and tear down must be in the time that you booked*** ***the studio is not silent, there is some noise from passing semi trucks and cars as well as neighbors. Great for filming music videos, if you are recording audio it is not a sound studio and not soundproof*** Wall Info: 12 feet tall, one wall is 15 feet long the other wall is 17 feet long. 19 feet deep. A: Anytime is pretty great to be honest. There is a moonlight directly above the wall as well as a white wall outside that reflects sunlight in when the big warehouse door is open. Even when it is overcast it gets great natural light. Q:Does the white wall get dirty when I walk on it? A:Yes it absolutely does. We highly recommend shooting in socks. We also have foot booties available for use. Shoes are ok but we have a station set up that cleans the bottom of your shoes so that it does not get dirty. Simply stomp on the sticky pad to remove dirt before walking on the wall. Q: Can I Bring my own props? A: Yes you absolutely can! Q: Can I tape things to the wall? A: Yes you can, just please be a little careful when removing the tape. Q: Can I drive up and drop off my equipment? A: Yes you can drive up right to the backdoor and unload your gear from your car. Q: Are the lights and gels included with rental? A: Yes that is all included with the rental price! Q: Can I arrive early to set up? A: Your set up time and tear down will be part of the hours you book so please book the correct amount of time to include this and have plenty of time for your shoot. If you go over in time we can accommodate. You must leave the studio in the same condition as you arrived. Q: Can I have a fresh coat of paint for my shoot? A: Yes we can give you a fresh coat of paint for a flat $50 fee. The wall will be clean before you arrive but it will not be immaculate white as if a fresh coat of paint was just applied. Q: Can I move things around in the studio? A: Yes you can move any piece of furniture you’d like just please put back the way you found it at the end of the shoot. You can absolutely use any furniture and chairs etc. we have for your shoot. Please be carful not to drag anything on the wall or floors. Q: Can I come check out the studio before my shoot? A: Yes, by appointment only. If you would like to check out the spot please book a consultation. Under no circumstances show up while a photoshoot is booked. Q: Does it get hot? A: Yes it is a warehouse so it can get stuffy, however we do have fans set up that will move the hot air out. We will do this before your arrival. If the front and backdoor are open with fans it creates a very comfortable cross breeze. We do not have air conditioner as it would be a waste when the big warehouse door is open for shoots. Q: Are there any rules I should know about? A: Absolutely no use of fire, glitter, smoking cigarettes (we have a smoking patio out front) do not stand on edges of cyc wall, they will break. Q: Can you cover the skylight for my shoot? A: Yes we can cover the skylight for your shoot however it is a pain so we have to charge. We will do it for a flat $50 dollar fee. Q:Is the studio silent? A:No the studio is not silent, there is some noise from passing semi trucks and cars as well as neighbors. For Dancing or Fitness related shoots: Heavy footwork such as jumping or stomping is not permitted. Since we'd like to keep our white floors white, only soft soled shoes, slippers or bare feet is permitted. No stilettos, high heels, hard soled shoes for dancing.
