Our beautiful club lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A full kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Full kitchen includes - oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, sink, and large island and bar stools Dining tables with seating Fireplace Large HD TV Decorative accent lighting Restrooms in space Semi-private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available on the lower level of our parking structure. Street and public parking is also available in the area. Please note that this space is not fully private. There is an entrance to our parking garage located in the space. It is possible that you will see our residents coming and going. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter.
