About the Space

Historic yet contemporary San Francisco flat with spectacular views of Alcatraz, Marin and the East Bay. Large dining/conference room seating 10. Multiple breakout rooms with comfortable sofas and chairs. Office for private work/calls. Chef's kitchen with two ovens, gas range, counter and bench seating. Huge private rooftop deck with incredible views for socializing, dining and cocktail parties.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Kiki was an incredible hostess and she has such a beautiful home with a spectacular rooftop view of Alcatraz in the SF Bay. I would say the home is BETTER than advertised. Kiki was also very responsive and was extremely accommodating. You won't find a better hostess! The rooftop is where I set up a floral backdrop and proposed to my girlfriend, and it was the perfect space for such a magical moment. I would certainly book this space again and recommend it to anybody who is looking for a beautiful space to host an intimate event. Kiki, thank you so much, again, for blessing us with your home and your incredibly warm hospitality! <3

Kiki was my Christmas miracle! Our venue literally canceled the day prior to our planned event. On Christmas Eve, she was able to jump right into the breach and arrange everything, including finding us a caterer. She was even there on the day at the venue (great space with amazing views), to make certain things moved forward smoothly. Friendly, incredibly helpful, responsive, and so easy to work with. A wonderful day, thanks to her!
