All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Located in the heart of Little Tokyo, this gem is gleaming with character, cozyness, & warmth. With a mix of modern and home-y, you can get the perfect shot up against our brick background or wood background alike. Plenty of looks in our outer patio as well. Features a full-use commercial kitchen for your production needs as well. 2 full bathrooms on location.

There is metered parking all throughout the neighborhood. Pro Tip: A large public parking garage is located directly across the street. It is probably one of DTLA's most economical. $2 parking for the first 3 hours & $5 afterwards.
General Rules
- Guests must maintain standard general liability insurance of $1 million and show proof. We will inform you of the name to add as an additional insured on the policy.
- Guests must sign a contract which will be provided via e-mail at booking.
Price:
**IF YOUR SHOOT REQUIRES CLOSURE OF THE RESTAURANT:
Monday - Friday: $4,000 for up to 10 hours
Saturday - Sunday: $6,000 for up to 10 hours
**IF YOUR SHOOT DOES NOT REQUIRE CLOSURE OF THE RESTAURANT:
(Crew of 6 or less): $250/hr (5 hr minumum)
(Crew of 7 or more): $350/hr (5 hr minimum)

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
