About the Space
Beautiful, newly renovated 980 sq. ft. art gallery space located in Historic Downtown Carrollton, Texas. With white walls, high ceilings and polished wood floors throughout. The space is well-lit, with large storefront windows letting a lot of natural light in, as well as track lighting that can be adjusted to your needs. It has great storefront visibility along the Main Street, and is located near a variety of restaurants and shops. The gallery hosts month-long art exhibitions throughout the year, providing a unique backdrop of contemporary art for events. What the spaces has: - Track lighting can be adjusted to your needs - Small modern kitchen in the back of the space (with wine fridge, microwave and fridge/freezer) - Wi-fi - Air conditioning to keep your guests cool - Projector and 200”projection screen - Sonos system Space capacity: 70 people (standing), 20-40 people (seated) Parking: For guests, there are 3 public parking lots around the building and street parking throughout the downtown area. The space has been used for many different purposes: birthday parties, corporate events, music performances, film/photo shoots, pop-up shops, and more! Rental rates: - Weekday rate (Mon-Thur): $120/hour - Weekend rate (Fri- Sun): $140/hour

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
