About the Space

Rittenhouse Filmworks / Soundworks is a sound treated studio with exposed brick, skylights, and natural wood. The room is mostly used as an audio recording studio but can be configured for film shoots or events. The studio features an intimate pre-lit stage performance stage. Black Out options available. Our Features & Amenities ~50'x50' room ~Ceilings are 12' at lowest point, but vaulted in the center of room ~Private Green Room ~Kitchen ~Bathrooms ~Shower ~Lounge ~On-site parking ~Wood floors ~100amps power ~Complimentary 1-ton Grip & Electric Package ~On-site equipment rental *At this time we are not hosting social events*

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
  • Detailed checklist of updated cleaning procedure. Download checklist

  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

Yes, I would book again.

Rittenhouse Soundworks is the best recording studio I've worked during my career. They were so great to work with and went above and beyond. The team was helpful and accommodating. The space sounds great, and looks super cool on camera. We found the studio to be spacious and versatile even given our large 7 camera video setup. I'm already brainstorming the next project to capture there, and highly recommend booking the space!
