All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
We're a newly built modern cafe and espresso bar, centrally located on the border of DTLA & Koreatown in Los Angeles. Our modern cafe, provides a very inviting & industrial aesthetic with meshed wood & exposed brick setting complimented by very high ceilings & warm intimate lighting that make it ideal for on-camera. Built on 2-stories of space, both floors extend w/ beautiful open patios that come alive at night. We provide an ample amount of seats, work stations, & outlets for all your production needs. We also welcome dogs & cats & offer a huge private parking lot (which can also be used for shooting). WHAT WE PROVIDE: - 20+ outlets available for use - FREE WIFI - Indoor/Outdoor seating - Top deck patio - Floor level patio - Roof Access - 3 outdoor heaters to keep your crew warm (available upon request) - Sonos surround speakers within the cafe (great for playback) - 12,000 sq. ft of total space - 2 Bathrooms - Private security on-site 24/7 - Catering available upon request (Food, Beverages, Coffee, etc.) **Manager will be on-site for check-in** Our regular business hours are between 7:00AM - 7:00PM (daily) so if you were looking to book the space to yourself with no one around then you are free to book between the hours of 8:00PM - 6:00AM. - We have a on-site private parking lot attached that can fit up 30 cars.
- We also have private security that's there available 24HRS around the clock.
General Rules
Our posted price per hour is for a crew of 50 max people including crew & talent. Larger productions are welcome & subject to higher rates. All booking start & end times are inclusive of setup & tear down time.
If you’re interested in multi-day bookings, note that an additional fee may be charged for overnight displacement.
**All bookings requested the day before the booking start date without prior discussion are subject to denial or cancellation.**

PARKING - We've provide a huge private lot with ample space & plenty additional street parking available if needed. Great for load-in & production crews for easy access.
NO SMOKING - There is easy street access for you to handle your needs.
NOISE
We ask you respect our neighbors and try to keep noise to a minimum when outside in the lot space. Inside the cafe, you're game.
OVERTIME will be charged time & 1/2. Early arrivals will kindly be asked to wait until the booking start time.
DAMAGES - We understand accidents happen! But please inform us ahead of time if anything is damaged during your booking. We can not be responsible for lost items so be sure grab all your belongings before check-out.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES - Since we operate as a business throughout the day, the use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
