About the Space
Welcome to Our Studio, a beautiful open-concept 675 sqft studio in the heart of Bushwick, featuring 11 ft ceilings, hardwood floors, gorgeous emerald velvet sofa set against a rustic white brick wall. Perfect location for private celebrations, gatherings, sessions, events and workshops. Included in the rental price is one 5ft dining table with two wooden folding chairs. Extra tables and seating can be applied through Add-Ons options as you finalize your booking. Should you add extra tables and seating to your booking, you will be charged a $50 Event Concierge fee. This is a flat rate for pick-up, setup, breakdown and return of vendor rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc.) The building has freight elevator access, available when advanced notice is provided. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Jenny was a super dupa professional host !! Communication before and during the set was outstanding ! The studio itself had multiple options, We also could choose different backgrounds for a head shots. We fully accomplished what we were supposed to do. The host was wonderful! She allowed us space to be creative, but still maintained to be absolutely through in giving instructions on the equipment, and checking up on us at the end. The space was beautiful and the equipment worked beautifully! Even parking was a breeze! Only con, is that there is no elevator. Definitely booking again.
