All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Art Gallery space available for rent. Street frontage to Rosewood Ave on Austin's East Side. Venue is close to I-35 and is central to downtown 11th Street and Chicon. Space layout is excellent for small music events and private film screenings. Front is a gallery and cinema area with bar, backyard is fenced and enclosed and features a small building used for storage on a concrete pad facing the building. This area is ideal for a vendor market or an additional projector screen with picnic area or seating. There is an entry gate on the East side of the property on the Chicon side that can be used for Load in/ Load out, there is a West side entry around the building that is open to the front of Rosewood Ave that could be used to check ID's and stamp entry. Venue entry is best at the back. There is a kitchen area through the back that is open and has one small sink and one double sink. This is a great area for serving drinks or an excellent space for a Merch table setup.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
