Shared Workspace and Community

Ownership and our staff consider member safety and security to be our number one priority. We are currently carrying out and plan to continue indefinitely, plans to promote this priority. During the initial spread of the Carona Virus, we remained open for essential businesses in our space and have since fully reopened our doors to all members and teams with the addition of new operational, cleanliness, and safety procedures that include, but are not limited to: • All staff wearing masks in common areas. • Recommendation that members wear masks in common areas. • Introduction of new cleaning products that include anti-virials. • Nightly cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces and high touch areas. • Spot sanitization of meeting rooms and common areas after each use. • Removal and further spacing of furniture in common areas (including conference rooms) to promote safe social distancing practices. • Installation of hand-sanitizer stations throughout the space near the main entrances, elevators, bathrooms, and kitchen areas. • Temporary discontinuation of self-serve snack and beverage services in common areas. • Implementation of signage throughout the space as a reminder for individuals to follow social distancing guidelines and as a means to indicate when a space is clean and is ready for use. • We also recommend that if you are feeling ill in any way, shape, or form, to please stay home and avoid entering the office at all costs as to prevent the spread of the virus. With these measures in place, we hope to do our part in helping to limit the spread of the virus amongst the community. We kindly ask for your full cooperation and assistance in carrying out these procedures and operational changes as it will have a direct effect on your health and the safety of our community.
