All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This stand alone brick building has been my main studio for the past 9 years. Its a 4,000sf building with a decent outdoor space that can be used for production or parking. Entering the building is accomplished via 10' roll-up and a man door. There's two skylights and three windows. We have a full kitchen, two bathrooms, one shower, and a washroom. The office and production areas have a lot of table and desk space... as well as two hair/makeup vanities. The mezzanine has lots of counter-space and raw open areas for misc production. This building has really good power; (3) 220 outlets and (1) 3 phase outlet. Washer and dryer in washroom. Forklift and scissor-lift available for an extra fee. Ladders: 4, 8, 6(2), 10, 12 step. 16 step extension ladder. Cleaning for an extra fee. High ceilings and big cyc wall.

Parking description
Parking for the space is pretty good. We have fairly open street parking (street sweeping weds and thurs from noon - 3pm), two spots in the driveway, and a large parking area behind the fence that can accommodate around 6 passenger vehicles or 2-3 big trucks.
General Rules
No smoking inside the building.
Return the space to the same condition as when you started.
Don't step on the cyc wall
Be respectful how much time you need and figure in setup and strike.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
