All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The the views from the backyard on one said seen of south Italy or south France. It shows the mountain’s houses with Rock formations and Italian needle trees... On the others side you face views of South America or south idea with wooden houses imbed in the green mountains. There is hot tub with amazing bird eyes vies of green mountain. There is different views of different kind of mountains seen from different sides of our property’s backyard. Too many birds are attracted to the yard. The yard house’s 3 bungalows each with its own artistic looks:)

There is small parking spaces on the top and by the driveway. There is street parking. There is a horseback riding school with big accessible space for parking with the school permition.

Ambient noise description
The property is above the old Topanga canyon road level. Weekdays are less noisy than weekends. Wednesday is garbage collection day. You maybe hearing Birds, Breathe wind, and chimes.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
