About the Space
The space is nice open, especially downstairs, for filming. The house is not cluttered, so it is easy to transform it into your ideal space, or use what is already there. The garage is available and attached to the house for storing film equipment, and you can leave it there overnight if it's a multiple day shoot. There is a greenbelt (grass area, owned by CA Edison) that runs on the side of the house. It's a nice place to take in a picnic or do some outside filming.

Parking description
House is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is parking avail in the driveway and on the street. The city can make arrangements to block 1/2 the street off, if needed. But there is easy access to our street, as they all back up to a greenbelt.

Health and Safety Measures
I am a licensed dental hygienist, infection control is my speciality. When you arrive you will find all surfaces have been cleaned w/ a professional grade disinfection. Hand towels have been removed and replaced with paper towels.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
